We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel in less than 72 hours, there is a full-service charge for the appointment. You can cancel or reschedule through Square Appointments 3 days or more in advance, email Andrew at [email protected] or give the spa a call at (518) 886-1007. When booking, you must have a card on file for your appointment to be confirmed. This gives Skin By ASK no-show protection from anyone who does not cancel or reschedule in time. If you need to reschedule after 72 hours, we do our best to work with you as we understand things come up. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our policies, as we want to have enough time to offer the appointment to another client. By booking an appointment you are automatically agreeing to our cancellation no show policy.

Shop SkinByAsk offers a 14-day exchange policy from the day you receive your products for store credit only. We do not refund to credit cards once an order is placed. When an item is returned you will receive a credit to use towards your next order or you can exchange for a different product. You may send back a product that is brand new, unopened and in original packaging that is suitable to resell. Anything in non-sellable condition we cannot accept for a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and also to re-ship an exchange to you. Any products purchased during a sale period with % off or GWP are final sale no exceptions.
